didnt explain the score. range? what’s good, whats bad?

Hello @Patrick yancy

Score below 45% – Caution Advised

Listings in this range often suffer from poor visibility, unclear pricing, or incomplete details. You might:

  • Miss critical information (e.g., photos or accurate ARV).

  • Encounter unrealistic pricing.

  • Be dealing with a less engaged seller or one open to negotiation.

Score between 45-55% – Standard, but With Potential

These listings are typically adequate but not optimized. They may:

  • Have room for better presentation or more compelling pricing.

  • Be worth investigating further if the numbers make sense.

Score above 55% – Solid Option

These listings are well-structured, with fairly accurate details and pricing. As a buyer, you can:

  • Expect more reliable information upfront.

  • Make quicker assessments on deal potential

Score above 75% – High-Quality Listing

This is the top tier. The listing likely includes:

  • Accurate repair estimates and compelling pricing.

  • High engagement from the seller.
