I am new to Investor Lift, so if I am doing this wrong, I apologize :)

I am looking to buy 3 to 4 houses in the Dallas area to use as rental income. 

1. Mainly looking for Single Family Homes
2. 3 Bedroom , 2 bath minimum, but prefer 4 bedrooms.
3. $200k to $300k budget per house
4. Open to all areas within 20 minutes of Downtown Dallas, but also Plano, Richardson and Carrolton. 
5. Prefer the following neighborhoods, Bishop Arts/Oak Cliff,  Anywhere east of White Rock Lake to I-30,  and Plano, Richardson and Carrolton.
