The AI Recommender is a smart matching system that analyzes each buyer’s preferences to highlight the most relevant properties—your AI Matches. Instead of scrolling through hundreds of listings, the AI surfaces the deals that matter most to you, right at the top.
 

Step-by-Step Guide
 

1. Log in to your buyer account

Go to investorlift.com and sign in with your buyer credentials.

2. Click the “Sort” menu on the top right

Under the filters panel on the right-hand side, find the Sort dropdown.

3. Select “AI Match For You”

Choose this option to prioritize the properties the AI Recommender has identified as the best match for your investment criteria.

4. Look for the “AI Match For You” label

Each time you visit the Deal site, any property identified as a top match will be clearly marked with a green “AI Match For You” label—making it easy to spot your most relevant opportunities at a glance.

That’s it! Your AI Matches will now appear first, sorted by newest listings. 

​​​​​​​Enhanced Buy Box Email Digest

• The Buy Box Digest Emails now also reflect the AI recommendations.

• If a property is identified as a top match, it will appear in the email with a “AI Match For You” label.

• This allows buyers to identify ideal deals even before logging in to the platform.
