In the Investorlift system, seven marketing metrics indicate the effectiveness of your campaign. To find them, you need to open the Properties tab in the admin panel, select the property in the listings, and click on it.

Let's delve into each of them:

1. EMAIL SENT (DELIVERED):

This parameter  tracks the number of emails successfully sent to recipients and delivered to their mailboxes. It confirms that your message was successfully delivered, which is essential for tracking how many people received your message.

2. EMAIL OPENS (UNIQUE):

This parameter tracks the number of unique recipients who opened your email. Knowing who and when opened your email allows for better personalization in subsequent campaigns.

3. EMAIL CLICKS (UNIQUE):

This parameter tracks the number of unique recipients who clicked on links in your email. Clicking on links can lead to desired actions and also indicates the email design's effectiveness.

4. EMAIL BLOCKS / SPAM REPORTS:

This parameter tracks the instances where recipients marked your emails as spam or blocked receiving emails from you.

💡 Email providers monitor spam complaints and blocks, impacting your sender's reputation.

💡A good sender reputation significantly influences the likelihood of successful email delivery.

5. SMS SENT (DELIVERED):

This parameter tracks the number of SMS messages successfully sent from the sender platform to recipients' mobile devices and delivered to their phones or devices. However, it's important to note that "SMS Sent (Delivered)" doesn't guarantee the message was read by the recipient; it confirms successful delivery, awaiting the recipient's attention.

6. UNSUB FROM EMAIL / SMS:

This parameter  signifies the number of recipients who opted out of receiving further email or SMS messages from your marketing campaign. Recipients may find your content uninteresting or irrelevant, and constant or unsolicited messages can lead to irritation and unsubscribing.

7. SPENT:

This parameter measures the financial expenditures on advertising efforts within a specific period. It helps control budgets, plan expenses for future campaigns, and decide which channels or strategies to focus more resources on to achieve the best results within financial constraints.

For effective marketing campaign management, analyze the data from these metrics and optimize your emails based on the insights gained. We wish you success!
