The Wallet feature on Investorlift allows buyers to add funds, track balances, and review past transactions. Using your Wallet ensures a smooth and secure way to place deposits and unlock access to premium property opportunities.
Why Use the Wallet?

Unlock Premium Properties: Placing an online deposit gives you full access to all premium properties on Investorlift.

Show Seriousness to Sellers: A refundable deposit demonstrates to sellers that you are serious, ready to make offers, and prepared to close deals.

Offer Capacity: A $997 deposit unlocks up to four active offers across premium properties.

Risk-Free Commitment:

If your offer is not accepted, your deposit will be automatically released back to your Wallet.

If your offer is accepted, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied to the platform fee at closing.

How to Access Your Wallet
You can access the Wallet directly from your profile menu:

Click on your profile in the top-right corner of the platform.

Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
How to Add Funds to Your Wallet
To fund your wallet, follow these steps:

Click on Add Funds.

Review and accept the terms and conditions.

Click on Fund Wallet.

Enter your payment information.
-
Click Next to complete the process.
Once funds are added, your updated balance will be visible in your Wallet, and you’ll be ready to place deposits on premium properties.
Tracking Your Transactions
The Wallet also provides a full transaction history. From this view, you can:

See your current balance.
