I’m active in the Jackson, MS market and trying to stay sharp on my off-market wholesaling strategies. I’ve noticed that in the platform, I haven’t seen any updated cash buyer information for Jackson over the past 3 years.

Can anyone confirm whether cash buyer lists or activity tracking have been refreshed for Jackson, or is the data still dated?

If anyone is actively buying cash deals in the area—or has recent insights on reliable cash buyers—I'd love to connect or collaborate. Your help could make a big difference for both local market connections and future deal flow.

Does seem like an odd anomaly given the city has over 140K people! Going out to county level results in some. While not as effective to use, some more limited use tools (Propstream, propwire, etc.) do have plenty if you had to manually build a list.

Thanks for raising this question. I checked our database and can confirm there are new buyers appearing in the Jackson, MS market. Activity has been reported and new buyers have been created. That said, a quick note on accuracy: there is no foolproof way to know with 100% certainty that a contact is a "cash buyer" unless that status has been explicitly indicated (either the buyer self-identifies as a cash buyer or a wholesaler tags them that way in the system). We rely on those tags and verified notes to flag cash buyers.
