Hello Community,

I have access to Investorlift LITE and everyday I learn something new while using it. Lately, I been thinking even though I only have access to the LITE version, how do I utilize it properly to find those buyers I need to find in the sea of fake buyers, those just browsing and get to those who are looking for their next investment?

I was thinking. Is there a way to see reviews about buyers before I add them to my list or decide to rent those buyers when I have a property under contract? Can I see how many stars they have attached to their profile? I see that everything is HIDDEN until you purchase the buyers. I am finding that I do take the risk but I am losing money when I find out that its another wholesaler using the platform to JV with people or the buyer has no reviews or stars and has only been browsing the platform to increase their score.

What are your thoughts on knowing which buyers to buy/rent knowing you wont know if its a good buyer until you pay and take that risk?

Hey Patrick, when I first started on the lite version I found it rather overwhelming, a lot of info and I didn’t know how to use it until I posted a few deals. I am still not as experienced as some of the frequent posters, but learning. Check out the FAQ section, there is an ton of info out there and is better explained than I could possibly do. To address your question there are ways to select filters to focus on specific buyer criteria, you can find guidance in this section...

GOD MODE is a game-changer, bro!

It’s like having a cheat code for dispo. Even with just the Lite plan, spend an extra $20 for skip tracing, and you’ve got real buyer contact info at your fingertips.

From there, I hit Corpperates.com to uncover who’s really behind the LLC—and start dialing. I lock buyers in direct, no middlemen.

I closed a deal in Fayetteville with just 15 minutes left on the contract. Found the buyer through God Mode, made the call, got it done.

It takes hustle, no doubt. But it can be done—and I live for the pressure.

Dispo is survival. It’s strategy. It’s war. And I’m built for it.

Let’s eat. 💰🔥

@Dispomoneymike I m just a huge fan of keeping things simple and utilizing the God Mode benefits to the max. It would be cool if I could at least see if they buyers In guessing to rent or buy have revealed reviews at least. But I think features like that are truly reserved for paid subscription accounts only.

I am going to just have to roll with the punches until I see what other clues get unraveled from having God Mode access. Really might just have to risk spending $200 or so for one month and unlock as many as I can and keep the better ones once I see their profiles.

Hi @Patrick Lee,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. It's great to hear that you're learning something new every day with Investorlift Lite!

I completely understand your concern about filtering through the sea of buyers and identifying the serious, motivated investors versus those just browsing or attempting to JV. It’s a common question, and the good news is there are several strategies you can use to improve your targeting and maximize your ROI, even within the Lite version.

🎯 Using God Mode to Identify Active Buyers

One of the most powerful tools at your disposal is God Mode. It allows you to research your market deeply and find buyers who have actually closed deals recently:

  • Navigate to God Mode in your menu.

  • Define your market by city, county, or ZIP code.

  • Use filters like transaction date (last 2–4 years), property type, and buyer type (cash buyers, investors).

This helps you zero in on real buyers with proven activity in your area. Here's a quick guide on how to use God Mode effectively.

📊 Making the Most of the Renting Buyers Feature

If you're looking to go a step further, the Renting Buyers feature allows you to access targeted buyer lists without needing to buy individual contacts upfront:

  • Filter by location, buyer type, and set a minimum buyer score (e.g., 1000+).

  • Consider only selecting “vetted” or “VIP” buyers to ensure quality.

You can also tailor the rented audience based on property type, making sure your campaign aligns with what those buyers are looking for. More info here: Renting Buyers on Investorlift

⭐️ Understanding Buyer Profiles & Ratings

You’re right, detailed buyer profile information (like reviews, number of stars) is only visible after you’ve either purchased the buyer or they’ve interacted with your property (e.g., sending an address request, inquiry, or offer). This limitation is in place to protect buyer privacy, but we understand it can feel risky.

Here’s how to reduce that risk:

  • Use Artemis Mode to monitor who is viewing and engaging with your properties.

  • Focus on buyers with the highest scores and most activity, these are usually serious investors.

  • As you build your list, tag buyers by property type and stay organized for future deals.

🛠️Other Pro Tips

  • Use Skip Tracing to fill in missing contact information and reach out directly.

  • Build rapport: Ask about their buy box and send deals that match.

  • Don’t hesitate to decline or remove buyers who prove to be time-wasters.

Let me know if you need help with any of these tools.
