We're rolling out several exciting updates to enhance your experience on the Leads Board and make deal flow management more intuitive, insightful, and engaging. Here's everything you need to know:
🧩 Unified Inbound and Outbound Leads Column
To streamline your workflow and reduce clutter, we’ve consolidated the Inbound and Outbound lead columns into a single unified column in the Leads Board view.
What's New:

All leads now appear in one column for a cleaner, more efficient experience.

Each lead is clearly tagged with a visual marker:

🟩 Inbound - Green tag: include Property Inquiries, Address Requests, and Property Views.

🟦 Outbound - Blue tag: are high potential AI generated leads for this property.

This change helps you quickly understand lead origin while keeping your board organized.
Property Views
A buyer is considered a viewer of a property if at least one of the following conditions is met:

The user spends more than 30 seconds on the listing page.

The property is marked as a Favorite.
-
The user views more than 10 photos of the property.
Offer Notifications
A new notification experience has also been added for property offers - making it easier to stay on top of deal activity in real time. We’ve added animations and sound effects to the moment new leads or property offers appear.
