Our best buyers can’t move forward without the right information, so we’ve made it easier than ever to give it to them. The new Property Submission Form ensures every listing has the details buyers need to make confident decisions, fast.
With this update, you’ll notice:
✅ Expanded property details:
New fields such as Occupancy, Roof Age, Air Conditioning Type, Heating System Type, Heating System Age, Foundation Type, and Foundation Condition allow for more complete property insights. These additions help buyers better understand the deal and increase transparency.
✅ Smarter logic:
The form now adapts dynamically based on the property type and deal type. For example, when creating a “Land” or “Creative Finance” deal, certain fields automatically become optional, keeping your workflow lean and relevant.
If your deal is listed as Sub2 or Creative Financing, the deal tile will now display the Entry Fee instead of the Starting Price. We also added Interest Rate and Monthly Payment. Ensuring more accurate pricing info for buyers.
✅ Improved deal display:
All new property attributes now appear in the “Additional Details” section of public deal pages with matching icons for a consistent, professional look.
