  • Develop effective cold calling scripts tailored to the type of lead (e.g., absentee owner, pre-foreclosure, etc.) and practice them to sound natural.
  • Keep detailed records of your calls and plan for follow-ups. Most deals happen after multiple contacts. Always do follow up this most likely gets you that sale.
