Finally, after major hustle..., I signed my first contract 5 minutes ago! 

Just sent the contract to the title company also.    

 

I already started the profile here on Investor Lift.  It is in draft form.  After I get the pics and videos...I am going to hit everyone one up! LOL

 

The inspector is going out on Saturday, and I am going to have the drone, pics, and matter port set up. They are going out on Thursday.  

This property is in Napa and sits on 5 acres!  I am so excited my hands are shaking as I type. 

 

Because of ​@robertwensley and ​@Polina I have a head start on potential buyers.  Thank you both for your kindness.
