I love this ideal but I wish this can be applied to finding buyers for my deals. Offering a match tool just the same that shows which buyer has available funds to Invest. My issue right now is I can connect with 70 buyers but they always have their money tied up in other projects cutting my confidence in half to go after deals. Im in the PA market and right now some of my Investors have to wait until June.

We’re actively moving deals, just taking a little longer right now. We’ve novated a few and even wholetailed a couple. We’re finding that listing on the MLS is giving us better results overall.

For example, we contracted a property at $45K, with under $30K into the wholetail (including holding and commissions), we're all in around $75–85K. These are now selling for $150–170K.

Our Nationwide construction partner QuickFlip handles the work, and we’ve got a camera system installed from day one for security and to track progress remotely.

So instead of making $15–20K on an assignment, we’re now seeing $55–70K profits.

​@Patrick Lee Hi Patrick! We have AI Autopilot that matches your deal with the buyers. Another feature (Investorlift V11) that does that is currently in Beta testing! It is going to be released for paid subscriptions in the next month or so. 

I see you are on IL Lite. To use these premium features, you will need to upgrade. 

Unfortunately, there is not way for us to know whether the buyers currently have funds or not. We suggest tracking this information on your side once you receive such feedback from the buyers. 

How much will I need to pay for this subscription Investorlift V11? And if the BETA version is available now. Can I access it with IL LITE? Do I need to upgrade and pay for the subscription or can I just pay for the subsciption?

We’re planning to make V11 available to all paid subscribers (Pro+). Currently, Beta testing is exclusively available for our Pro+ customers.
