How to become a pro with a PRO (Plan)

 My team started with the PRO plan since February. We really didn’t know where to start. So we just left it thinking it would do its own thing. But it does not work like that. So some time in June I took the initiative to sit down and understand how this works. I started looking at God mode. Wow, so many contacts but did I have the time or the team to do skip tracing? No! I didn't waste my time there. So I did the Artemis, amazing but this does not come free on a PRO plan. So I dug in deeper and saw Geotagging. It was sort of a way for me to find buyers though this route. I’ll stop here, I'm not spilling the beans on one day. Do you have any thing you’d like to ask? Verifying Properties: Checking The List

I have a very important question as I want to use the platform for both posting my own deals DTS and working with JV partners to help them if they don’t have access to find a vetted buyer. How do we check if the property I already posted on investor lift without waiting for a reply back from support that it is?As you know some people aren’t very upfront and won’t reveal things until it’s too late. To prevent this and not get my LITE account banned from posting deals already listed. Who can I contact or how do I check if an address is already listed? Thanks in advance.

What are the Challenges and Considerations when skip tracing?

Data Decay: Contact information can become outdated quickly, so it’s important to re-skip trace leads periodically. Hit or Miss: Not all leads will return accurate data, especially if the owner is particularly private or has recently changed contact information. Ethical Considerations: Be respectful and professional during cold calls, understanding that not everyone will be receptive to unsolicited contact.

email blast frequency

I find it extremely not cool how Investorlift controls when you can reblast a deal again when you have a price reduction-every 4 days? What is circumstances warrant doing it in 2 or 3 days and you’re on a tight timeline to close and you had to do it sooner? I think that’s excessively controlling and a big turn off and totally unnecessary.
