How to send an open house notification
- Navigate to the property.
- Click on Open House.
- Select the desired date and time to schedule the open house on the calendar.
- Click on Create.
- This pop-up will appear. Click on Prepare Notifications.
- Then, select Send Notification.
- Customize your notification as desired, adding geotags, buyer tags, etc.
- Finally, click Send new open house notification.
After a buyer has registered for the Open House, their email will be displayed. Additionally, you have the option to manually add a buyer by clicking Select Visitor.
Understanding open house settings
Private Open House Toggle:
Switching to 'Yes' will hide the created open house from being displayed on the deals site. This toggle is designed for specific showcasing; manually adding these buyers to your list allows you to showcase the house to them.
Cancel Open House:
After creating the open house, you have the option to cancel it at any time.
Download Visitor List:
Once you have compiled the list of attending buyers, Investorlift provides the opportunity to download that list with the buyers' information.
Update Open House:
After creating the open house, you can change the time, day, and privacy settings. Imagine an unexpected situation arises; you simply need to change the time and click Update Open House. The time will be updated on the deals site, and then you'll have the option to send a notification about the new time to ensure buyers are aware of the change.
