Hello,

I am a basic lead management company who gets access to incoming leads (mostly other wholesalers) sometimes other investors off-loading and since I have access to Investor lift now, I was wondering how do I submit a deal if I am not the contract holder? Or can I just reach out to buyers without having to submit the deal? How do I go about it correctly to respect the rules of the platform?

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for reaching out! 😊 I’d be happy to guide you through the process of submitting deals on InvestorLift while ensuring everything is handled correctly.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Requirements to Post a Deal
To list a property with us, you’ll need to have a purchase agreement in place.

✅ Joint Venture (JV) Deals are Allowed
If you’re working on a JV, you’ll need the following:

  1. A JV agreement that confirms you have permission to market the deal.
  2. A copy of the purchase agreement, which includes the name of the company you’re partnering with for the JV.

These steps ensure transparency and compliance with the platform’s rules. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out via our support email. I’m here to help!

Best regards,
