This post is for the community, open to all tips and advice! I have a package deal of three single-family properties in West Cleveland under contract. What is the best approach to get portfolio investors, cash buyers, or hedge funds interested ? what’s the best way to reach them and connect? 

@Ahmed ElTir I suggest focusing your outreach to buyers with very large buyer scores flip history attached to their profiles. The big players are the only ones that pick up big packages. Which level of Investorlift are you on? I can provide more tips based on which tools you have access to.
