Hello Lisa,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. We genuinely appreciate your concern and want to assist in resolving the situation promptly.

To address this issue, we follow a specific procedure:

  1. First, we request a copy of the contract or permission to publish the property from the wholesaler who reported the property.
  2. Then, we will contact the other wholesaler involved to provide an opportunity to submit the necessary documentation.
  3. If the required documentation is not provided within the next few hours, we will proceed with removing the property from our platform.

Could you kindly share a copy of your contract with us via email at your earliest convenience? This will help us expedite the resolution process.

Please note that we have also reached out to you via email to assist you further in resolving this matter. You are welcome to share the necessary information with us through email to ensure we can provide the best support possible.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Please feel free to reach out via our email if you have any further questions or concerns.🌷

Best regards,

@Lisa Edwards we expect a release that will make it impossible to publish a property with the same address. Upcoming, we have the verified deals feature which will enable wholesalers to upload contracts proving they have the property under contract, which we expect to discourage “deals … being posted and marketed by other wholesalers.
