When creating a marketing campaign (via email or SMS/MMS), you can choose to rent buyers based on geolocation filters. These rented buyers will receive your campaign even if they aren't already on your buyer list.

 

🎯 This is a one-time use rented buyers receive only that single campaign unless they engage further.

 

  1. What happens after I send a marketing campaign to rented buyers?

If a rented buyer takes any engagement action, such as:

  • Requesting a property address

  • Sending an inquiry

  • Clicking “Subscribe” on your profile

They will be permanently added to your buyer list. This allows for organic growth of your buyer base over time.

 

  1. How much does it cost to Rent Buyers on Investorlift?

Renting buyers costs 25 Investorlift Credits (IC) per buyer.

  • 1 IC = $0.01

  • 25 IC = $0.25 per buyer

  1. Go to your property listing and click “New Marketing Campaign.”

  5. Finalize and launch your campaign.

  • Use the filtering tools when setting up your campaign.

  • Select buyers tagged as “Cash Buyers,” “Vetted,” or “VIP.”

  • Exclude tags such as “Wholesaler” or “Daisy Chainer.”

Yes! Even with a budget of $100, you can:

  • Target only high-quality buyers
