If a buyer send me an offer for one of my properties, and the offer is also at asking price (but it’s not the “win it now” option), are they obligated to follow through? This happened a couple of days ago and ever since I have been trying to get in contact with the buyer through phone calls/text messages but without any response from him at all. Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi @Ahmed ElTir!

Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, Investorlift cannot enforce obligations between parties. This situation reflects the buyer's work ethic, and we suggest continuing your efforts to contact them.
If you find the buyer's behavior unacceptable at any point, you can report them.
