  • Turnkey: A turnkey property is a ready-to-move-in investment that requires minimal to no renovations or additional work.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio property in the context of Investorlift refers to a real estate portfolio that consists of multiple properties grouped together for investment purposes. By selecting the "Portfolio" option in your search preferences on Investorlift, you access collections of properties that can help diversify your investments across different locations, property types, and risk profiles.
  • Creative Financing: Creative financing in real estate wholesaling involves using nontraditional methods to structure deals and acquire properties without relying heavily on conventional loans or large amounts of cash upfront. It allows wholesalers to create win-win scenarios for sellers and buyers, often solving unique problems that conventional methods cannot address.
  • Seller Financing: Seller financing is a real estate agreement where the seller handles the mortgage process instead of a financial institution. In seller financing deals, the buyer makes payments to the seller rather than to a bank.
  • Short Term Rental: Short term rental refers to properties that are rented out for short periods, typically as vacation rentals. These can be an attractive option for investors looking to capitalize on the tourism or temporary housing markets.
  • Subject To: "Subject To" in real estate refers to a financing arrangement where the buyer takes over the mortgage payments of the seller's existing mortgage. In a "Subject To" deal, the property title transfers to the buyer, but the loan remains in the seller's name, and the buyer agrees to make the mortgage payments. This can be an attractive option for buyers who may not qualify for traditional financing and for sellers who need to sell quickly without paying off their existing mortgage first.

Cartel Boss: The term "Cartel Boss" was previously used to refer to a subscription plan that includes all buyers on the buyer list as part of the service. It has since been changed to “Enterprise”.
