I’ve noticed more wholesalers lately selling properties in under a week, so I asked a few what they’re doing differently.
The pattern was the same every time.
They’re not blasting buyer lists or emailing spreadsheets anymore. They’re using targeted deal blasts that hit buyers instantly — especially on iMessage.
One guy told me the biggest difference wasn’t volume, it was speed. When the deal lands as a blue-bubble iMessage, buyers actually open it and respond right away. No spam filtering, no waiting days for replies.
Most platforms can’t send real iMessages at scale. That’s the interesting part.
A couple wholesalers mentioned Offa (https://offa.com). Apparently it lets them blast deals via native iMessage and routes them to buyers who are already active, so they’re not managing lists or chasing people down.
What surprised me is how few buyers they needed. Instead of 50 people fighting over a deal, they’d get 3–5 serious responses and move the property in days.
Buyers like it too because they’re not competing in noisy email blasts — they’re getting fewer deals, but ones that actually fit.
Not saying it’s magic, but it explains how some of these properties are going under contract in less than a week.
