How to Find Properties on Investorlift Mobile App
- Log in to your Investorlift account. Please not that skipping this step will still allow you to browse but images and other information will not be accessible for you to view.
- You will be asked to setup your Buy Box by providing the necessary information. You can choose to skip this step if you would like. Also, you can turn on your push notifications to receive notifications when there is activity from interested properties or those which fit your Buy Box.
- You will then see a Map. You can choose to search in the bar using a City/County, State or Zip code or zoom in to find properties. Select List View to be shown the list of properties in the area searched. Available properties will be shown by default.
How to Manage My Properties on Investorlift Mobile App
Keep track of your top property picks with Favorites Folders. Easily save and organize your favorite listings, so you can quickly revisit and review them anytime.
- Find the property that you’re interested in and click the heart shaped icon below. You can then view a list of your favorited deals in your favorites folder.
- Find the property that you are interested in and click the “Make Offer” button below. You will be prompted to accept the terms, similarly to the deals site, and fill out the necessary information.
- All offers you make will be shown in the Offers folder. You can also update the details of the offer by clicking the button and then “Save changes”
How to Contact the Disposition Manager
- In order to submit and inquiry, you need to find the property you’re interested in and scroll to the bottom of the property property details. Then click on Send Inquiry.
- Type your message to the Disposition manager and hit Submit Inquiry. If you require financing options, check the box, if not, then uncheck the box.
How to Manage My Account
Good news! You are now able to update your email address. You can also change your password, company, name, website and even Delete your account.
- Click on “Profile” at the bottom of the screen then Profile again.
- Click the Edit button on the top and make the changes you would like then click Save
