Searching for properties on Investorlift AI is simple and flexible. You can quickly locate a specific property by entering its address or use the available filters to organize deals based on your preferences.
Search by Property Address

Use the search bar at the top of the Deals page.

Enter the street address of the property you are looking for.

The system will automatically match your input and display the property.
Sort and Filter Deals
You can sort your deals to quickly find the ones that matter most to you.

Click on the Sort dropdown menu.

Choose how you want to organize your properties, such as

Created at (date listed)
-
Price
-
Profit potential
-
Square footage
-
Bedrooms
-
Bathrooms
-
Half bathrooms
-

Select either Ascending or Descending order for your chosen filter.
View Options: Deal Board or List
You can choose how to display your deals:

Deal Board View: Properties are shown in columns by deal stage (Draft, Available, Pending, Sold, Dead).

List View: Properties are displayed in a list format for quick scanning.
To switch views, use the View as icons in the top right corner of the Deals page.
