I was wondering how some wholesalers are moving properties so fast lately, so I asked around.
What I kept hearing was they stopped relying on buyer lists and email blasts. Instead, they’re sending deal blasts directly to buyers on iMessage.
Apparently that makes a huge difference. When a deal shows up as a blue bubble, buyers actually open it and respond right away instead of ignoring another email or SMS blast.
One wholesaler told me they moved a property in under a week doing this, with way fewer buyers involved. No chasing people, no “just checking in” follow-ups.
They mentioned using Offa for it (https://offa.com). From what I understand, it’s one of the only platforms that lets you send real iMessage deal blasts and routes them to buyers who are actually active, not just sitting on a list.
What’s interesting is buyers seem to like it too. Less noise, fewer people competing, cleaner access.
Not saying it’s the only way, but it explains how some of these deals are getting locked up so fast.
