Hi there,

I have a few questions and would appreciate your help:

a. I couldn’t find the export CSV button under the Buyers section. A community post showed the steps to export my buyer list, but I couldn’t locate the option. Could you guide me on this?

b. How can I add buyers to my list? I noticed that emails are not visible even when hovering over Artemis Mode > My Deals. How can I access buyer emails?

c. I recently used the AI Campaign feature, but I couldn’t find any record of emails or messages being sent from my account. How can I check the number of emails and SMS sent, as well as their content?

d. During onboarding, the host mentioned a Saturday 12 AM CST meeting where all questions are answered. However, I never received a link to join. How can I check the schedule for the next live onboarding call and access the necessary details? Additionally, I need one-on-one consulting for my issues. Could you guide me on the procedure?

Looking forward to your response.

Hi!

I have similar concerns/questions as Roger.

The interface of InvestorLift is complicated, more than it should be.

Roger and Victor, have you explored the many videos in the Help section? I get that can be tedious so also consider that there are live onboarding calls where you can ask your questions. I can’t say I understand all the capabilities yet, but I can say the platform is incredibly effective so it is worth the effort to figure it out.

Hi @Roger Salam

Thank you for taking the time to live your concern/question in our Community.

I hope these answers can clarify everything:

A. As an Investorlift Lite user, you don’t have the ability to export buyers—you can only import them.

B. To add buyers to your list, you need their email. You can manually add buyers by following these steps:

  1. Go to the "BUYERS" section in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click "+ CREATE BUYER" in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the buyer's contact information.
  4. Click "SAVE" to add them to your list.

Additionally, since you get 7 days of free access to Artemis Mode after publishing your first deal, you can use the buyer’s phone number displayed in Artemis Mode to call them, offer your property, and ask for their email to add them to your buyer list.

Another option is purchasing a buyer for $1, which automatically adds them to your list.

Automatic Addition:
Buyers are automatically added when they:

  • Request an address
  • Send an inquiry
  • Click "Subscribe" on a property listing
  • Make an offer

C. To review your AI Campaign details, go to Marketing Campaigns and click on the campaign you want to analyze. Each sent campaign is clickable and provides detailed insights.

D. All online events are always available here in the community in the Events section. However, if you have any questions about any of them, you can send me a message so that I can help you.

Best,
Elory

Subject: Concerns Regarding Transaction with Ellis Acquisitions

Dear Investorlift,

I wanted to raise a concern regarding the recent transaction involving Ellis Acquisitions. It appears that Ellis initially posed as a cash buyer. However, it has become clear that the purchase is being financed through a hard money lender. I’m unsure whether your platform permits individuals to present themselves as cash buyers while ultimately using financing, but this approach has significantly complicated the transaction.

Ellis was added to the list shortly before the final run of verified cash buyers. If this practice does not violate your platform's guidelines, I respect that—but I feel it’s important to share that this deal has been far more difficult than necessary. Multiple other buyers on your platform were fully prepared to close with actual cash, directly through the title company, and without unnecessary delays.

Based on this experience, I will not be working with Ellis Acquisitions again. In addition to the financing misrepresentation, he also aggressively negotiated the price to the detriment of the wholesaler’s margin.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Lionel Cade

Nationwide Virtual Wholesaler

Hello @LIONEL CADE,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your experience regarding your recent transaction with Ellis Acquisitions. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. We understand how critical transparency and reliability are in facilitating smooth deals, and I truly regret that this one did not meet your expectations.

To clarify, our platform does allow buyers to identify be cash buyers even if they ultimately choose to use financing such as hard money lending. While we encourage buyers to be upfront about their funding sources to prevent complications, using financing does not violate our guidelines. That said, we absolutely understand how this can affect the dynamics and expectations of a deal.

It’s important to note that the tags associated with buyer profiles such as “cash buyer”are applied to the buyer profile by other wholesalers on the platform, rather than being applied by our team directly. Because of this, the accuracy of tags can vary based on user experiences.

Based on your experience, we highly recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Leave a Review: Your feedback helps hold buyers accountable and strengthens trust across the community.
👉 Build Buyer Trust with Two-Way Reviews on Investorlift

  2. Update Buyer Tags: If Ellis Acquisitions used financing, we encourage you to add a relevant tag to reflect that. This will help other wholesalers better assess how to work with them.
👉 How to Use Geotags and Tags to Organize Buyers on Investorlift

We appreciate your commitment to the Investorlift community and thank you for taking the time to raise this issue. If there's anything else we can do to support you or make future transactions smoother, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Warm regards,
Silvia
