Recently, when I open my dashboard and look at the email metrics it shows everything as zero. Even though if I click on every property I have it shows me the exact email KPIs for each property (definitely more than zero for each). Is there anyone else facing this problem?

Thank you for the feedback. This one has been resolved. We can just say that there was a bug in the system, but we promptly resolved the issue.
