Property Types Filter: We’ve added a new “Property types” filter field right next to “Buyer tags.” Understanding how many buyers will receive your marketing campaign is now easier than ever.

If this filter is applied, then the search results will only show buyers who can receive marketing notifications for the selected property type.
 

Let’s look at an example: When you choose the “Multifamily” Property type, the search results will include only buyers who can get a blast for this type of property. That is, the buyer either has a Multifamily in the Buy Box, or the Property Type in the Buy Box is empty.
