At Investorlift, we’re committed to building a transparent and trustworthy marketplace. With that goal in mind, we’ve launched Two-Way Reviews, a powerful feature designed to help wholesalers evaluate buyers, build credibility, and strengthen professional relationships.

What Are Two-Way Reviews?

Two-Way Reviews allow wholesalers and buyers to provide mutual feedback after a transaction. Each party can leave:

  • A 1–5 star rating

  • A written review describing the experience

These reviews are visible on the platform and help users assess professionalism, communication, and reliability before engaging in future deals.

How to Leave a Review as a Wholesaler

Leaving a buyer review is simple. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Locate the Buyer

  • Go to your Buyer List and search for the buyer by name, email or phone number.

  • Or navigate to a specific property, enable Artemis Mode, and access the buyer's profile from there:

Step 2: Click “Write a Review Now”

  • Once you're on the buyer's profile, select the "Write a Review Now" button.

Step 3: Select a Star Rating

  • Choose a rating between 1 and 5 stars to reflect your overall experience with the buyer

Step 4: Write Your Review

  • Provide specific, constructive feedback

  • Mention key factors such as:

    • Responsiveness

    • Communication quality

    • Professionalism

    • Any challenges or positive highlights

Step 5: Submit Your Review

  • Once complete, click "Send Feedback"

  • Your review will become publicly visible on the buyer’s profile

Be honest, respectful, and detailed. Your feedback contributes to a stronger, more reliable community.

Not sure I like this feature or not.

Sometimes, if you need to leave a bad review for a buyer, they might react by leaving you a bad review in return. This can happen even if you didn't do anything wrong. It's like a tit-for-tat situation, where they leave you a bad review just because you left them one. This can be really unfair because it might make other people think you're not good to work with, even though you were just being honest about your experience with that buyer.

This can make the whole review system feel risky because you might worry about giving honest feedback if it could lead to someone giving you a bad review just to get back at you.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns! We really value your feedback - it helps us understand different perspectives and work to improve everyone's experience. The goal of the review feature is to promote transparency and accountability while fostering trust in our platform. We will keep your point in mind and see how it works out for everyone

Keep sharing your insights!😊

With the credibility we’ve built from the deals we’ve done in the past, how can we go back to our previous buyers and ask them for a review? Right now, this feature only applies to deals moving forward. How do we get reviews from past buyers?

Hi @Viktor Rybachuk! Our customers typically reach out to buyers they’ve previously worked with and have a good relationship with, and ask them to leave a review directly here (as shown in the screenshots). Hope this helps!

@Anthony Price

That’s a completely valid concern, and we’ve definitely heard similar feedback. Before launching the review system, we looked into how others handle this, and the reality is that any review platform can be vulnerable to this kind of behavior.

That said, the value it brings—especially in terms of transparency and helping filter out bad actors (something many of our customers have asked for)—makes it a powerful tool overall. We’re actively monitoring how it’s being used and will continue improving it based on real feedback like yours. Appreciate you sharing this!
