I am interested in seeing more behind the scene as it’s always good to know what is taking place, along with understanding your thoughts and execution strategies. My two main take aways were, 1. Placing the seller on mute and listen to their conversation or comments being made to gain additional insights. 2. Send text message before calling the seller to have the call be more impactful when you get on the call with the seller, thank you.
