Hello Investorlift Team,

I have a question about having my own buyers list, the list that I am building from renting buyers or unlocking buyers using my credits. Is there another way that I can select multiple buyers and then run another campaign if I do a price reduction or want to inform them all of any changes? I see the only option is to add them to a campaign one-by-one which is too tedious for me to add 100 buyers if my list is too long. Please help.

If you want to select multiple buyers from your list and run another campaign or to update them on any changes, you don’t have to add them one by one.

 

To send a campaign to buyers already available on your buyer list, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "New Marketing Campaign."
  2. Select the type of campaign you want to send.
  3. Click on "Select Buyers Using Geotags."
  4. Choose the geotags that apply to your campaign.
  5. Select "Only VIP," "Only Vetted," or "Send to All."

 

This example is with a New Deal campaign

 

Once you do this, the system will display the number of buyers available on your list who can receive the campaign, allowing you to send it without having to select each buyer individually. This should save you a lot of time and make your campaigns much more efficient!

 

Please note that the campaign will be sent to buyers who have at least one of the geotags (locations) available on the marketing campaign, who have a valid email and are within a 100-mile radius from the property address.
