In this video, David (Investorlift) heads into Jacob Blank’s wholesale real estate operation to show exactly how Investorlift’s AI tools and features can transform your disposition game.

Why Investorlift Became a Game Changer

Jacob kicks things off by explaining how his business struggled when the wholesale market cooled. They lacked software to push deals out to the right buyers, and as a result deals sat unsold.
Once they onboarded with Investorlift, everything shifted: more buyers, more eyes, and more deals closed faster. He describes it bluntly:

“Investorlift saved my business… to this day helps us sell our deals quickly and for more profit.”

How the AI Features Work (Live Deal Walkthrough)

David and Jacob pick a real deal in Griffin, Georgia, and run it through Investorlift’s. Here’s a step‑by‑step breakdown:

  1. AI Autopilot

    • Using the platform’s buyer database (5.8 million strong), the AI filters by buyer behavior, historical offers, and tax records to identify a precise list of potential buyers.

    • It surfaced 166 high-probability buyers for the Griffin deal in a few clicks.

    • Once approved, it blasts an MMS text message to those buyers, because texting gets better click-through than email (they cite ~20–30% vs ~1–2%).

  2. Investorlift AI Lead Dashboard

    • As soon as a posting goes live, inbound leads and outbound AI‑suggested buyer matches are populated here.

    • “Inbound” = buyers who responded to the blast; “outbound” = buyers the AI identified but hadn’t yet engaged.

    • They can then call both sets immediately.

  3. Call Workflow & Lead Management - Available on the Investorlift AI

    • David demonstrates calling leads live. The interface allows dragging a contact into “Attempted Contact,” “Interested,” or “Offer Made.”

    • Everything is logged in the dashboard, notes included.

    • They also emphasize that all phone numbers collected are two-factor verified to avoid bad leads or fake numbers.

  4. Artemis Mode (Buyer Behavior Analytics & Nearby Deals) - Available on the admin site

    • Tracks exactly how long buyers dwell on your listing, how many images they click, offers made, etc.

    • This yields strong indicators of buyer intent.

    • Also shows deals nearby - buyers active on adjacent properties are flagged as high-probability prospects for your deal.

  5. God Mode (Deep Buyer Discovery / Off‑Market Matching) - Available on the admin site

    • Draw a radius on the map and see all deals bought or sold in that area.

    • The AI surfaces buyers who transacted nearby; you get their contact info and can skip-trace if needed.

    • Especially useful for rural markets where buyer density is low; you may pull from neighboring markets to find suitable buyers.

    • You can filter by closing price, deal type (flip vs. buy & hold), and even buyer score thresholds.

  6. Buyer Scoring, Sentry Mode & Intelligence Filters - Available on the admin site

    • Every buyer action (views, clicks, offers) contributes to a “Buyer Score”, which helps you prioritize serious buyers.

    • Sentry Mode weeds out tire-kickers or “daisy-chaining” buyers (those who make many lowball or speculative offers but never actually buy).

    • The bottom ~10% of such low‑quality buyer profiles get filtered out automatically, keeping your buyer pool clean.

  7. Feedback & AI Training Loop - Available on the Investorlift AI

    • When a buyer is “Not Buying” (wrong location, condition, timing), you can click the reason.

    • That feedback feeds into the AI brain, refining future buyer matches across all users.

    • In other words: every time a user gives a reason, the platform learns and improves for everyone.

  8. Dashboard, Analytics, and Market Intelligence Tools - Available on the admin site

    • You can see across your deals: number of offers, new buyers, emails sent, etc.

    • The platform aggregates wholesaling/flipping activity across markets.

    • Want to know which markets are hot? Their flip/transaction data per region can steer your strategic sourcing.

    • Also, built-in title company lookup - for assignment deals nationwide, you can find which title companies are “wholesaler-friendly” in a given location.

    • Investorlift’s AI-focused features aim to close that gap.
