​@Robert Wensley Thank you that is very helpful. Now if only I can get some free insider tips on how to find better buyers using my LITE account. Seems the only way I can do so is to pay $6,000. I need that first deal through Investorlift would be nice. Than I will defintely drop $6,000 to connect with better buyers. Its tough as a newbie with 1 deal under my belt lol.

​@Patrick Lee dont under estimate Lite, but I have been on the IL system for sometime now. I closed 3 deals in 1 month on Lite with no marketing other than being in the IL Market place. Also did God mode to find buyers, Realtor.com /zillow/propwire since its was free. Remember this , once its posted you dont get any hits check your listing something isnt right, area , price , pictures are they clear with plenty to see the full deal 25-50 pictures or more?
