Why is the Artemis Mode button greyed out?
Artemis Mode functions based on buyer interactions with your property. If the property is in Draft status, it won’t be visible to anyone, meaning it won’t collect any data, such as who has viewed photos or submitted address requests. For the button to light up and become active, the property must be set to Available status.

What events can you filter by in Artemis Mode?
In Artemis Mode, you can customize your analysis by selecting specific buyer actions using the Event Types filter, which offers a wide range of options:
- New Offer Created: Identify buyers who have previously made offers on the platform, likely indicating legitimate cash buyers.
- Property Viewed: See buyers who have browsed the listing.
- Property Image Viewed: Highlight buyers who have spent time examining the property photos.
- Property Address Requested and Inquiry Sent: Track buyers requesting the property address or seeking detailed information. These can also be found under "Property Inquiries" in the main menu.
- Clicks from Email: Identify buyers who clicked on your property link via an email campaign.
- Property Added to Favorites and Open House Registered: Spot buyers who marked a property as a favorite or registered for an open house.
- Manual Offer: Track when a buyer creates an offer on their own.
If some of these options are not visible in your account, it indicates that these actions have not yet been taken by the listed buyers.
