  1. How many users can I add to my plan?


Any additional users on top of the allotted limit cost $49 per user per month.

 

 

  1. What are the differences between each user role?

Administrator: The owner of the plan; One who can make changes to the account and has access to all the settings on the InvestorLift account.
Acquisition Managers: are responsible for all inbound leads from your PPC seller site.
Disposition Managers: are responsible for marketing, negotiating, and selling properties.

  1. Can I make myself the Administrator, Acquisition Manager, and Dispositions Manager all at the same time?

Yes! If you're the only user of your plan, you can certainly be all of it. You can even just leave it under the Administrator role and be able to do ALL the tasks of an Acquisition or Disposition Manager.

 

  1. How will I change my credit card information on file?

Only account administrators will be able to update billing information for the account. See below for detailed instructions.

If you'd like to switch your payment method to direct wire transfer please chat with our Customer Success Team so we can send you a payment link where you can update your information on file. Just hit the blue bubble at the bottom right of your admin.investorlift.com account.

 

  1. How can I add an Investorlift Credits to my account?

Investorlift credits can be purchased by your company administrator directly within your Investorlift account. These can be used for skip tracing, sending SMS message, or purchasing buyer records.

Select the package you would like to purchase.

 

  1. How much does texting/MMS cost?

Good news! The cost is now $0,02/segment (160 characters) for SMS  and $0,03 per MMS. It also now has the photo of the property you are selling!

 

  1. How much does skip trace cost?

It costs $0.12 /skip trace.

 

  1. How much does a subscription cost?

PRO: 6,000/1 year
Falcon: 15,000/1 year
Enterprise Lite: 36,000/1 year
Enterprise: 50,000/1 year

  1. How can I cancel my subscription?

Investorlift does not offer refunds, but if you would like to cancel your plan please reach out to our Customer Success Team at least 30 days before your re-bill date. You can reach out by clicking on the blue bubble at the bottom right of your admin.investorlift.com account or by sending an email to support@investorlift.com
