Step 3: Set Up a New Marketing Campaign

Creating a well-structured campaign is essential for generating interest.

To create a campaign:

  • Click “New Marketing Campaign” inside the Properties tab.

  • Fill in Campaign Details: Add a short, attention-grabbing subject line (under 78 characters).

    • Examples:

      • “Price Reduced: Commercial Space in Downtown”

  • Select Campaign Type: Choose from options like “New Deal” or “Price Reduced” depending on your listing status.

Step 4: Target Specific Buyers

Increase your campaign’s relevance and effectiveness by refining your audience:

  • Apply Filters:

    • Use tags such as “Commercial” or “Multifamily”.

    • These filters also extend your reach beyond the standard 100-mile radius.

  • Focus on VIP and Vetted Buyers:

    • These are highly engaged, qualified buyers more likely to take action.
