  1. Click on Buy & Hold.
  2. Subsequently, click on Property Type, and a drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select the type of property you are looking for.
  3. Choose Land.

  4. Apply Relevant Filters: Utilize the filter options to refine your search. You can adjust criteria such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property square footage, date range of transactions, and the radius distance from your chosen market area. This customization allows for a more focused search.
     
  5. Identify and Research Potential Buyers: As you come across potential buyers, use the skip trace function within God Mode if they lack a phone number. Each skip trace cost 24 Investorlift Credits.
