Step 1: Set Your Buy Box
The Buy Box lets you specify what kind of deals you're looking for so the platform can deliver relevant listings.

Click the Buy Box button next to the search bar.

On the new screen, define your preferences:

Buy Locations

Price Range

Property Types

Other filters based on your investment strategy

Use toggles to enable or disable notifications for matching listings.

Click Save Buy Box when done.
Why it matters: Your Buy Box ensures you only receive notifications for properties that fit your investment profile, saving time and increasing efficiency.
Step 2: Set Up Your Notifications
Navigate to My Profile to manage your account details and track your activity.
- Click on your profile and access Edit Profile.
- Click on Edit next to your phone number and email.
- Make sure you opted in to receive SMS/MMS and emails.
- To activate or deactivate the notifications via SMS/MMS and email, click on My Buy box.
- Under “Want to set up notifications?,” you can switch the toggles to activate or deactivate the notifications.
- You also can change the frequency in which you receive the Email digest to None, Daily, Twice a week or Weekly.
- Click on Save My Buy Box, to save any changes.
Step 3: Searching for Deals
Investorlift offers a robust filtering system to help you find exactly what you need.
