Dispo Options: How Do I Get Better Response Rates?

Hello Investorlift Team,I have used my credits to market a deal and I am not able to reach more people that I thought. When I run a different campaign, first was AI and I get 5 out of 25 people interested. Then I ran another campaign using just SMS and was able to reach 5 more. I even tried Artemis Mode; and started adding people using my credits. I feel like I have exhausted my credits and cant add any more buyers,Do I just continue to refill my credits to add more people from Artemis Mode? I need tips and tricks to get buyers interested to the point that they are responding, right now I am only getting “address-requests”.And if you can how do I work with VIP and Vetted Realtors who are buyers aka work with buyers to help me sell my deal? How does it work with a real estate agent when connecting with a buyer?

Did we just lose formatted posts?

I’ve just noticed that posts are now being displayed in uniform font size, no text formatting (bold, italics, etc.) and with no line spacing at all. This means that all posts are now just a wall of text. Can anyone weigh in on if this is just a bug of something else being fixed?  Hopefully this is temporary as I’ve seen absolutely beautiful templates on this platform that won’t be possible with this new development. Thanks in advance! Before:After:

Sending a mass email to wholesalers

I was curious on if there is a way to send a mass email to my buyers list. To see if there was anyone interested in jv opportunities. Realistically 60-70% of the buyers are most likely wholesalers

Hello: Can We Select Multiple Buyers

Hello Investorlift Team,I have a question about having my own buyers list, the list that I am building from renting buyers or unlocking buyers using my credits. Is there another way that I can select multiple buyers and then run another campaign if I do a price reduction or want to inform them all of any changes? I see the only option is to add them to a campaign one-by-one which is too tedious for me to add 100 buyers if my list is too long. Please help.

Option Agreement: Wholesale Deals (Not Lease Option)

Hello,So I have a question as I want to be able to get an end buyer from this platform to conduct their inspection and get feedback. Can I submit a “Option Agreement” or “Letter of Intent” although I feel a option agreement with a seller will have more impact with the end buyer. I know the platform suggests using a “purchase and sale” agreement but in some cases or some deals I wouldn't want to waste the sellers time and end buyers time if it does not work out for whatever reason through a standard purchase and sale agreement. I would like to maintain my reputation as good standing.I want to use to an ‘Option Agreement” with the seller to show intent so that I can schedule an inspection date with an end buyer. Then once the end buyer or buyers are satisfied and wish to move forward I would then have the seller complete a “purchase and sale” agreement and submit that as proof that the deal is official. Can I use an option agreement as proof that I am the contract holder? Does this suffi

Why Are We Logged Out Every Two Weeks?

Hey everyone, I’ve noticed that I get logged out every two weeks, even with two-factor authentication enabled. Is this normal? I understand the importance of security, but I’m wondering what the specific reason is for enforcing logouts this frequently. It can be a bit inconvenient, especially when actively participating in discussions. Does anyone know if there’s a way to stay logged in longer or if this is just a standard security policy?

I’m looking for a list of the Hedgefund buyers for each specific state, and a contact for each so we can develop buy boxes around those counties to target.  Am i missing something or is the only way to do this through “God Mode”?

Hi there,I have a few questions and would appreciate your help:a. I couldn’t find the export CSV button under the Buyers section. A community post showed the steps to export my buyer list, but I couldn’t locate the option. Could you guide me on this?b. How can I add buyers to my list? I noticed that emails are not visible even when hovering over Artemis Mode > My Deals. How can I access buyer emails?c. I recently used the AI Campaign feature, but I couldn’t find any record of emails or messages being sent from my account. How can I check the number of emails and SMS sent, as well as their content?d. During onboarding, the host mentioned a Saturday 12 AM CST meeting where all questions are answered. However, I never received a link to join. How can I check the schedule for the next live onboarding call and access the necessary details? Additionally, I need one-on-one consulting for my issues. Questions-Seeking Answers and Options?

Hello Community,So I have finally locked in a good lead finding software with all the features I need to evaluate a good deal, I have access to Investorlift to help me find accreditied buyers and I have access to double close funding and attorney approved contracts for all my wholesale deals. Heres my question……..When I look for buyers on the GOD MODE section, type in the address of a potential deal. Is there a way I can flat out buy a buyer through Investorlift and start building my list of people to call before I actually post a deal? I just want to start adding people so when I do post the deal I can just have these buyers ready to go? If so, what steps will I need to do to make sure I am finding accurate phone numbers and/or emails? is this information guaranteed good on the first skip or first pull?

Verifying Properties: Checking The List

I have a very important question as I want to use the platform for both posting my own deals DTS and working with JV partners to help them if they don’t have access to find a vetted buyer. How do we check if the property I already posted on investor lift without waiting for a reply back from support that it is?As you know some people aren’t very upfront and won’t reveal things until it’s too late. To prevent this and not get my LITE account banned from posting deals already listed. Who can I contact or how do I check if an address is already listed? Thanks in advance.

Best Practices for selling Land Fast

Looking for best practices for selling land quickly. We have multiple lots on the Eastern Shore of MD. They are .89 acres to 3.52 acres. So, nothing crazy. Can anyone share any helpful hints as to how to attract the right buyers on Investor lift?

"Buyer Actions" events under "Artemis Mode" mean - SMS versus Email responses?

I see a list of events such as the following:Property viewed Property image viewed Click from message (with internal counting and redirect) Property address requested Property added to favoritesCan someone break down how these relate to SMS versus email? I’m trying to understand who is clicking on a text versus who is clicking on an email. For example, is “click from message” only triggered by a SMS, or can a click from an email also trigger a “Click from message” event.

How should I move forward with this deal?

I have a property in Birmingham, AL that I need to dispo.  I have had the contract for awhile, but since that is not my market and I had no buyers there prior to getting on Investorlift, I was JV'ing with another investor I know in the area that sells all of his properties on the MLS.  This was very poorly managed and marketed by them.  I had them cancel the listing and I'm just going to sell it myself using Investorlift.  The problem is that I have the house under contract for $100K, and they listed it for only $115K.  We had it sold at a higher price, but the contract fell through.  I thought we were going to list it for around $130-135K which I believe is much closer to the actual value as-is, but now it has that darn MLS recent history of being listed at $115K.  How would you recommend that I handle that?  Should I just put it on Investorlift at $115K and see if it gets bid up?  I don't want to start out with a bad mark.  Thanks for your thoughts!

How do I submit a deal if I am not the contract holder?

Hello,I am a basic lead management company who gets access to incoming leads (mostly other wholesalers) sometimes other investors off-loading and since I have access to Investor lift now, I was wondering how do I submit a deal if I am not the contract holder? Or can I just reach out to buyers without having to submit the deal? How do I go about it correctly to respect the rules of the platform?

hey all! i’ve heard that the matterports or 3d tours can help the deal move way faster, as well as inspections. who are the go-to services for matterports, vids & pics for the best rate? also for cheapest inspections? it seems like you can come out of pocket $600 - $1k per deal & as we all know deals can blow up one way or another. just trying to gauge best practices with these things so i dont bleed money. maika
